Hey my lovelies!

Here at Mode for… it’s been a full one with lots of music, corporate client work, performance coaching and writing.

Here’s what we’ve been up to this month…

It’s Mode for…’s 14th birthday TODAY – Happy birthday to us!

We were delighted to return to The Ice Co to train 4 more members of their team in Mental Health Awareness.

Plyve Kache, our Ukrainian Folk Song free download hit over 100 downloads within it’s first few weeks of its release. We’ve been sent so many lovely recordings and videos of bands performing the piece and heard wonderful stories of how our music is helping support the wellbeing of people out in Ukraine during this horrible time. You can still download your copy for free and show your support by tagging us as #brassonthemind here.

The publishing side of our business, Mode for…Publishing, had it’s busiest day for music downloads, hitting over 160 downloads within the space of 8 hours!

A huge well done to all the bands around the country who competed in the Regional Championships this month!

Tabby presented a talk to the Environment Agency on Emotional Fitness and stress management which was a huge sucess and hopefully will help members of their team manage their wellbeing.
You can arrange these for your company or organisation too, just contact us for more details.

Tabby has been hard at work with our corporate client Anderson Barrowcliff this month, to implement a wellness provision for employees in their company. This includes monthly newsletters, posters for offices, a monthly confidential drop-in coaching day, mental health training and a programme of wellness and stress management talks.
Tabby has also been busy working with the company to host 1-2-1 employee performance and wellness reviews to both support employees and consult with partners to develop a strategy for the company that focuses on the needs and wellness of employees

Tabby attended a lovely relaxing weekend meditation retreat at Manjushri Kadampa Meditation Centre, read about her weekend here

It’s been a busy month for Keri and the Weddings on the Mind part of the business. Wedding season is nearly upon us and couples are starting to finalise their wedding plans. We’ve loved hosting planning assistance sessions and coaching sessions for couples who are getting married this year. Contact us to find out more about how we can help with your wedding planning.

Keri got struck down with Covid this month so you may have noticed we’ve been abit quieter over on our social channels but don’t worry, she’s back in action and we’ll be back flooding your socials with goodness very soon!

What we’re looking forward to next month…

We are hoping to be able to get back out to Italy this month, it feels like so long ago we were last there and Tabby really wants to see her new kitchen (which was installed following our last trip in October….let’s hope she likes it!).

Tabby will be coaching on a retreat in Devon this month.

We have lots of Mental Health First Aid courses planned this month to get lots more people trained in Mental Health First Aid to support others.

The European Brass Band Championships are taking place this month, as well as the West of England Regional Championships – we wish all bands taking part the best of luck!

It’s Keri’s Birthday this month!!!! The last in her 20’s and the last as a Miss!

Much Love

The Mode for… Team x
