Hey my lovelies!
Here’s what we’ve been up to this month:
Tabby had a great weekend in Birmingham for the European Brass Band Championships, having lots of conversations around further supporting the emotional fitness and mental health of brass band musicians.
We hosted an online mental health awareness workshop with Scottish Brass Band Association this month.
We’re busy working away creating new employee welcome packs and staff handbooks for our corporate clients. If you’d like to find out how we can help your company with this, contact us.
We’re delighted that we’ve trained 36 more Mental Health First Aiders across several London charities and organisations this month – Congratulations to you all!
It was Mental Health Awareness week from the 9th – 15th May. The theme was lonliness and we used the week to share tips, ideas and resources to support people who might be feeling loney. They’re still on our social media so head back and take a look here
Tabby hosted a workshop to Primary School music coordinators on emotional fitness and stress management for the Love Music Trust.
Tabby has been continuing with her private 1-2-1 coaching clients and is delighted to announce that she’ll be opening up 2 spaces from September – so grab yours while you can!
3 x 45 minute sessions – £175
It was a new car month for Tabby!
We’re all gearing up for Jubilee celebrations this week and hope you’ve got lots of exciting things plans – let us know what they are! Tag @modefornotebook
