Well, we are well and truly into the colder months here in the UK
– go on, who’s put their heating on yet??

We’ve had a lovely November, with so many different things going on and so much training taking place….and excitingly, some brand new team members!!

See what we got up to below…..

Let’s start with the big news of the month!
Sadly, early into this month our beloved Poppy cat went to sleep for the last time. It was extremely sad losing our Chief Cat Cuddler, but sometimes as one door closes, another door opens….and right needing a home, there waiting for Tabby were the delightful Kevin & Purrl.
On board they came and they’re ready to take on the challenge of Mode for… Chief Purr Officers – once they’ve stop creating kitten chaos or sleeping of course!
Welcome to the team you two! 🐾

In other news, Tabby officially become Tabby Kerwin MAPP as she received her certificate from her Masters in Positive Psychology Degree! Yay!!

At Mode for… we’ve done so much training this month. Whether it’s been Mental Health First Aid courses for our clients, Suicide first aid courses or even our Free Stress Talk which was well received.

Our Brass on the Mind Facebook Group has been a hive of conversation this month. Covering a range of topics from stress, anxiety and performance skills right through to sharing what’s on your practice stand!

We’re sure that for most brass players, Remembrance Day is always a busy day in our banding calendar, paying our respects to those we have lost however our bands choose to. It was no different for the Mode for… team this year with every member of our team out paying their respects with their respective bands.
